Yoga with Pilates Influenced Classes
Specific for beginners.
The focus is on technique and achieving a mind body connection for optimal health benefits.  This class is primarily yoga poses with elements of pilates to help strengthen core muscles.  No experience with yoga or pilates is needed to participate. 

Class size is small to insure individual instruction and attention

Class fee is $20.00 per session - cash or check only.  Thank you.

Due to the great response, Rene' F. Walker - Intuitive and Channel, will be holding another group Channeling session for those who are wanting to experience the uplifting energy of the Beings of the Light.  Rene' will channel a message from the Beings of the Light and offer time for individuals to ask a question to enlighten you and your path.
